New Cards

There are 27 new cards at my Greeting Card Store. I have even more waiting to be approved. It's at 103 cards waiting to be approved at the moment so there will be several new cards in the store as soon as they are approved. I am still going to add more. I am in the mood to create today so whatever else I create today will be uploaded for approval there also. Here are some of the newest ones.

Rural Iowa Barn by ~angelandspot on deviantART

I uploaded some new works to my DA gallery this morning. I am currently doing a rural barns, silos, corn cribs, farm buildings series. I'm not sure how many photos will be in this series but it will be continued on a regular basis as I take more photos of rural Iowa life. If you live in Iowa you might recognize some of the barns, corn cribs, silos, ect. that I am photographing.

Ghost in the Window

Create a note card with zazzle

I got one of the images I have been trying to upload at Zazzle to finally upload today :) Now if I can just get the rest of them to upload without getting the image has failed to upload error. I took this photo Sunday night. I went for a drive and came across this abandoned house. It was getting too dark to take photos so I'll have to go back in the daylight sometime and take some more photos. I have added a grunge texture to this and ran a gimp script called dawn morning on it to lighten the photo since it was so dark. The ghost is not digitally added. It's up to you to decide if it is a ghost, a child's toy left behind, or a light reflection on the window. I think it would make the perfect Halloween card.

I'm going to upload here the unedited version also so you can see that I did not add the ghost into the photo when I did the editing.

Barns

I love to photograph barns. I've just uploaded several new barn photos to my Redbubble gallery and will be adding even more soon as I was out last evening taking some photos of barns. I'll be out sometime later taking even more photos of barns. I also hope to find some abandoned houses to photograph but I will only be photographing things from the public street/gravel roads so that I will not be trespassing. You can see all the barn photos in my Redbubble gallery.


I hope to also upload the images to my Zazzle store soon. Right now they are currently updating the site and making some changes so I am unable to upload anything at the moment.
