Some New Items
I've recently added new items to my Zazzle store. Here are a few of the newest.
A tiny abandoned house in a pasture. I digitally added my own textures to this photo that I took sometime last fall and just now got around to doing something with it.
Next, a pretty bird I saw while taking a drive in the country this past weekend.
Red Wing Blackbird on Barbed Wire Iphone 3 Cases by angelandspot
Create unique personalized iPhone 4 cases.
Another photo from last weekend with some texture digitally added.
Then some fun digital play with a photo I took of some peeling paint. Keep Calm and Ride On.
Finally another photo from last fall with some texture added.
I just love finding barns to photograph. Well, I guess that is all for now. Have a lovely day. Tonight is the farmers market and after a tiny bit of rain overnight the weather is much nicer with less humidity and heat than the past couple days. It's going to be a perfect evening for the market.

Spring Forward
Well, our clocks moved forward an hour yesterday. It feels like spring is almost here. My tulips are just starting to pop out of the ground and after the rain overnight the grass has really greened up.
I'm still slowly adding new items to my stores as I Keep Calm and Carry On. Eventually I will get a computer at home again and not have to rely on the library computers.
I'm hoping to take some new photos here soon. I'm sure the horses will be mud balls after the rain. They sure do love to roll in the mud after a nice rain.
This was a friend's mare I photographed last fall and digitally altered the photo.
The birds are all coming back for spring as well. I had robins, doves, sparrows, and more at the bird feeder today. I put some stale bread out and the Robin was loving it.
Maybe I will get some bird photos through the living room window someday soon.

New Necklaces
I seem to be on a bird theme right now. I love birds. I've added several new necklaces to my Zazzle store in the past few days and they all seem to have birds on them since apparently I am on a bird theme right now. I didn't plan to be on a bird theme it just happened. Okay, so on to the necklaces.
A Vintage hummingbird I digitally altered to remove the Christmas greeting so it could be used for any day and then also added one of my own textures to.
A vintage sparrow with a vintage handwritten background. The background is used with thanks to Paper Digital Art and ImagesbyKim.
A vintage parrot with my own textures digitally added.

Vintage Barn Swallows with a vintage ad
I also have one that can be anything you want it to be. All you need to do is add you own photo or artwork.
It's fun to design on a smaller scale to create these necklaces. It's also not as messy to get creative and design as the handmade OOAK necklaces I was making during the summer to sale at the farmers markets. Some days I would have beads, vintage findings, wire, ect. scattered all over the place as I was designing and making those necklaces.

This has been awarded Today's Best February 23, 2009 :) For the mousepad I cut the words from the bottom of the vintage postcard digitally doing no damage to the actual vintage postcard.
