We lost our dear girl, Serena yesterday. It was so strange last night going to bed and not having her there to say goodnight to and then waking up this morning without her. She was an amazing dog. She would have loved to see the new ducklings that came hatched out yesterday. She loved all animals but esp. the babies.

Ok, no more. I am starting to tear up again. I'll always have the good memories of her.
On a much happier note. We had a dozen ducklings hatch yesterday. These are Apple's. Apple is my duck I got as a fertile egg from New York that I put in the incubator and hatched. Sky Jr. should of had ducklings also. She was sitting on a nest but I think the eggs weren't any good. She is helping Apple with her ducklings now.

Even senior dogs can have fun! :) Serena was playing in the leaves last night and I happened to have the camera out. She thought that since she was across the yard I wasn't taking photos of her. LOL
