I thought I would share some of my digital artworks today. It is so fun to create. I love to create with both vintage elements and also with my own photography. I call my art eclectic because I just do whatever I feel like doing on a given day so I have so many varied subjects, styles, ect. to my artwork.

Rockin' with the Rhythm of the Rain
It's raining again. Time to sit down and create some more digital artwork :) Tomorrow I have another swap meet. I'll be uploading my newest artworks to the stores sometime next week.
Vintage Birds
Whew! It sure was humid yesterday. Let's cool off with this vintage winter bird sticker.
I think this one would look amazing as the stamp you use on your Christmas cards this year.
Send someone a beautiful birthday card

And a pretty vintage Robin mousepad.

Grunge Horses
Here are some of my grunge horse designs and some other grunge horse designs I found on Zazzle. I think they are a great gift idea for a horse loving person.
Okay, so this one is not a horse but a unicorn instead. I think it would make a perfect back to school gift.
Well, I'm off to the Farmer's Market. See ya tomorrow!

I Don't Give A...
I did manage to get an image uploaded today and create something. I was going to create more today but all the other images I have been trying to upload have been giving me the "image has failed to upload" error message again today. I have a lot of my own photography and digital artworks ready to upload. This tee was created with a public domain clipart image. I hope they get that bug fixed soon because I really want to add more of my digital artworks and photography to my store. Anyways... Funny tee anyone?
The New Couple
I went to a swap meet this past weekend and somehow ended up bringing a pair of chickens home when I wasn't going to bring anything that was a live animal home with me. I'd only planned to sell some of my antiques and artwork and bring home some new books to read. Well, oops... I brought home some live animals along with those new books to read. My bantam flock was shrinking in size due to some of them dying of old age and I was left with no roosters for Annie, Much, and the other 2 no name Old English Game Bantam chickens I have. Now I have this new little rooster and a hen in his color also.
This little hen came home and laid an egg the same day. She is so friendly and is always following me around when I am down in the barn. I think I might end up naming her Friendly.
I have another swap meet on Sat. but animals are not allowed there so I won't even be tempted to bring any animals home unless they are antique glass chickens. LOL Yep, I collect chicken figurines also. Hopefully I will get some more stuff sold and maybe I will find some bargains also. I'll be on the lookout for cheap books I can read and then resale and things I can use as art supplies in my mixed media artwork or possible cheap photography props to use in my photography. Well, I better get busy and get some things done now. See ya sometime later!

Uploading Issues
I have a lot of things I am wanting to upload to my Zazzle store but for the past couple of days I have been getting an error message, "Image has failed to upload." :( So for now I haven't been able to make many new products in the past few days. But I did get this made:
It was a busy weekend last weekend with swap meets then I was busy trying to work on my online stores the past few days. I have 65 cards pending approval at one site that must approve everything before it goes live for sale. I also have a few new things in my Deviantart store and Redbubble stores as well. A band called Hex Map is going to use one of my textures on their album art and give me credit. Woot! I'm hoping that might help bring more people my way and it helps them also.

Cattle Pastures
I've played with some photos I shot out the window on Weds. as we were coming home from running a few errands. I took photos of barns and cattle out in pastures.
This one was 10 layers before I flattened the image. I combined two different photos I took plus a texture from Playingwithbrushes.
I plan to take some more photos of cattle someday when it is a bit cooler outside. I want to add more cattle items to my cattle line of products at Zazzle. Maybe I will come across the photos I took of my show cattle I used to have back when I was in 4-H someday. I'm sure I have some around here somewhere then I could scan them in. I'll also take some photos of the neighbor's cattle someday as well.

The Heat of Summer
There is a extreme heat advisory today. So now that I am done with things that had to be done outside it is time to stay indoors and stay cool until it is time to leave for the Farmer's Market tonight. It's going to be a hot one but hopefully some buyers will still brave the heat. I'm able to work on some digital artwork though by being indoors for a few hours today. Here are a few of the newest digital art creations I've added to my Zazzle store.
Well, I am off to create some more. See ya later!

Hello
Hello. First off I am wishing my cousin a Happy Birthday!
I walked around a small Iowa town on Thursday night because it was so nice outside and I had someone that could stay at my table at the Farmer's Market and watch it for me while I was away. I took several photos. I found a few ghost signs I hadn't noticed before. Also some nice front porchs.

A New Texture To Share
"Insect damage" is a new texture to share. just click on the photo to go to Flickr where you may download this at a larger size. I have it as Creative Commons Non-Commercial. Feel free to use it in any of your non-commercial artwork. It's a photo I took of a large branch in a brush pile. I thought it might work as a texture layer for something. Enjoy! Remember this one is for non-commercial use only. Thanks.
I played around with a photo I took. This one is Copyright All Rights Reserved but I wanted to share it with you. I call it "For Rent."

It was a boarded up building in a town in Iowa that I photographed. Then played around with digitally added texture and playing around with the colors. The original building is painted a pale blue. I was thinking if it wasn't damaged too much it could be fixed up into a loft like they do in Kansas City and Wichita with the old buildings. They sometimes have a shop on the first floor and then the other floors are apartments. If I didn't love living in the county so much I would love to have an antiques and photography shop in one of them and then live above it so all I had to do was walk down the stairs to work each morning.
